Rules of Conduct

However, Tutelar reserves the right to delete, move or edit any content (including content posted by any user) that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates or may violate this Agreement or is otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for all content posted by you. Tutelar shall have the right but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any content, as it may determine in its sole discretion.
Tutelar does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by any user and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such content shall be at your sole risk. Any content placed by users are the views of the user posting the statement, and do not necessarily represent the views of Tutelar.
Third Party Websites, Content and Products and Services
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Tutelar and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "Tutelar Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by any Tutelar Party in connection with any use or alleged use of the Web Service under your user name by any person, whether or not authorized by you. Tutelar reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Tutelar 's defense of such claim.
Termination of Service
Tutelar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Web Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Tutelar may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Web Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or Content without prior notice or liability.
The performance of the Web Service and all information and software contained on, downloaded or accessed from the Web Service are provided to you on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind whatsoever, including any implied warranties or warranties of completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of the rights of third parties. Tutelar shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind related to the use or misuse of information or software presented on the Web Service. Tutelar shall be not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer as a result of using this website.
As a user of the Web Service, you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on or use by you of any Content shall be entirely at your own risk.
